Whether updating an existing landscape or working in conjunction with our architects on a remodel or new home, our landscape architecture team creates unique, customized designs based on our client’s immediate and future needs and wants. We can customize the landscape to compliment a variety of home styles, including traditional, natural or low maintenance, modern, and/or classical for projects on large estates, or small urban lots.

Our design process starts with an initial site meeting with the client to determine the wish list for the project. From there the client’s wish list and initial ideas about how they would like to use the outdoor spaces are put into a landscape master plan which could include a planting design, swimming pool and spa, patios, outdoor kitchen, and other outdoor living auxillary structures and features such as trellis, gazebo, or retaining walls. The landscape master plan will the include immediate and future projects or phases based on the budget. This creates a uniform plan or goal for the outdoor spaces that can be implemented now or in the future as time and money allow.

Once the master plan is created & the first phase is determined, NSPJ can also recommend landscape contractors to implement the design. We take pride in all of our projects and enjoy ensuring they are built to the high quality and standard that were originally envisioned.
