NSPJ Architects offers services in sustainable design for residential, commercial, and landscape architecture. We have LEED accredited professionals on staff to guide your project through the process to achieve LEED certification through the USGBC.

In addition to green design services, NSPJ offers H.E.R.S. ( Home Energy Rating System) rating and index scoring. We have a staff Architect who is a certified H.E.R.S. rater who has been inspecting homes to issue H.E.R.S. scores and qualify homes for the EPA’s Energy Star Program. Since 2010, NSPJ has inspected approximately 60 homes and 200 apartment units for H.E.R.S. rating and Energy Star Certification.
